We want to bring A-WEAR-NESS to mental health issues with our mental heath apparel and accessories. So many people suffer in silence when it comes to their mental health because it can be extremely difficult to take the first step on the road to recovery.
We want to provide a "wearable" message that people can see physically because mental health is definitely not spoken about enough as it should be within our society.
Our mental health apparel is intended to spread a message to EVERYONE that no matter your situation, there is no need to sit in silence. We are all human and things get easier after that first step!

Our brand was thought, scribbled, erased, scribbled again, given to a tech savvy guy to be made (slightly) more professional, All done down under.
We began life in a little semi rural area smack bang in between Cooma and Bredbo in the snowy mountains region of NSW.
family run business
Yes, we are a (VERY) small business, and all budding businesses will run into issues from time to time, So in saying that initially our stock will be sold in RUNS so we have time to grow and provide a more consistent expectation to everyone. Whilst items may run out of stock we will ensure they become available in a timely manner, your patience will be appreciated.

Sorry to any of our interested customers overseas, we will only be offering our product in AUS until we can sew our seeds and plant our roots in the ground. BUT we will open up our business internationally in due time.

Nothing on this page was created by professionals, just a bloke with some amazing friends, a very patient wife, a laptop and a lot of learning curves. A whole lot of mistakes had been made before we got to a stage where we were happy to publish a website.

We at Mentality Movement apparel want to bring awareness to as many behavioral health issues as possible, we are not just a name to cover a broad spectrum. Our goal is to Create Mental health apparel that can reflect on mental health conditions that are effecting day to day life, providing a more "personal" feeling for all that wear our brand.
We all have experienced mental health issues at some point in our life, either 1st hand, through a friend or family member.
